Resilience is the capacity to show up in the world the way we want to regardless of life's challenges.  It is the ability to stay steady and persevere despite setbacks or obstacles; to meet life where it is and move through without getting stuck.  But the most profound quality of resilience is that it is a skill, one that can be taught and built. 

 

The Bounce Back Better® System, a Flourishing Center Program, is a research-based resilience training framework designed to enhance adaptability and effectiveness in today’s complex world. As participants move through the program, they gain mastery over their responses to stress and change, leading to improved mental, emotional, physical, and social/spiritual wellbeing. This comprehensive approach empowers individuals and organizations to enhance performance and thrive in the face of challenges.
