In my early 20's I was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease. With no real treatment options, I was led to focus on dealing with only the symptoms of my disease with no real health plan. This approach meant having to give up doing the things that I loved most. This reactive approach to healthcare was further reinforced during my traditional medical training.
However, a clinical internship in Southeast Asia introduced me to another model of care that focused on taking a proactive approach and keeping healthy in both body and mind. My experiences led me to focus on personalization as the true approach to good health and helped me rediscover my passions in life. I'm currently a lifestyle medicine doctor certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).

Next, we will use state of the art diagnostics (genomic tests, blood panels) to understand what's going on inside your body. Finally, we will create the best possible health plan for you built upon the principles of lifestyle medicine. Utilizing the latest health technologies, we will continue to monitor your progress and analyze your biometrics towards true data driven wellness.
